masonre partnered with AmTrust Realty to merchandise and market the retail of Amtrust’s flagship Brooklyn development. Situated on Jay Street, at the nexus of Dumbo, Downtown Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Heights, 203 Jay Street offered retail tenants unparalleled exposure to the market.
The goal was to add quality tenants to the neighborhood, while also adding amenities for the fully occupied residential and office buildings that are part of the development.
masonre engaged their vast network of tenants and brokers via targeted marketing campaigns, eventually landing two F&B tenants with deep NYC roots. The first space was leased to Bond Street Café, an all-day café based in Carrol Gardens. The second space was leased to DiDi’s Pizza, owned and operated by established NYC F&B group SRV HOSPITALITY.
