Derschutze to move its streetwear store from SoHo to triple the space in NoLita

Derschutze, a streetwear brand, will triple its New York City footprint with a move to a new location this summer.

The 1,300-square-foot space, located at 22 Spring St. in NoLita, includes 800 square feet on the ground floor and 500 square feet in the basement.

Custom picture frame shop PaintBox NoLita previously occupied the space.

The lease is long-term. Asking rent was $210 per square foot.

The streetwear brand is currently in an approximately 400-square-foot space at 88 Thompson St. in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood, which opened in the summer of 2023.

Winick Realty Group’s Lee Block represented the landlord, SMA Equities, on the deal. Derschutze was represented by Zelnik & Co.’s Jeremy Banilevi.
