L&L Holding Company and Oak Row Equities, along with project partner Shorenstein Investment Advisers and co-investor Claure Group, today announced a $335 million refinancing of Wynwood Plaza, their recently completed mixed-use campus at 95 NW 29th Street in Miami’s iconic Wynwood Arts District.

L&L and Oak Row will utilize the proceeds from the bridge loan to retire its original construction financing and fund the balance of its office and residential leasing costs. The floating rate loan was issued by funds managed by Blue Owl Capital.
