NYC's Hottest Yoga Studio Makes Its Way To Miami
The beloved New York boutique workout studio, YO BK is excited to announce its newest outpost in Miami. YO BK's unique approach to hot yoga and pilates is going to fit right in with Miami's vibrant culture.
The newest Miami location is located in Wynwood, at The Oasis venue. The team behind YO BK saw many similarities to its Brooklyn flagship in the vibrant Wynwood neighborhood, knowing it would be the perfect location for the Miami studio. Wynwood is now the fitness studio's third location across Florida and New York.
The team has utilized the space of an old factory within The Oasis venue, which means keeping many unique industrial elements including the ceiling and graffiti; both of which bring a true Wynwood vibe to the space. Staying true to its state-of-the-art studios, the build-out includes infrared heating, bi-polar HVAC ionization, showers and YO BK’s acclaimed disco ball.
Founder Kate Durand is so excited to bring her high-energy fitness approach to new clients in Miami. She expressed, “I believe our classes, which are equal parts fun, challenging and accessible, will be met with excitement here. In particular I can’t wait to introduce Inferno Hot Pilates, which is a party within a workout with energetic music, club lighting and a disco ball.”
YO BK’s class offerings range from high-intensity to strength and toning, all while in a heated room. The famed classes set to be offered at the new Wynwood location are Inferno Hot Pilates (HIIT), Bikram Yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga and Yin. From beginners to advanced, all YO BK instructors are certified and have over 200 hours of training, ensuring proper form and assistance at any level.
With highly regarded workouts both physically and mentally, there is no doubt the power that YO BK will have on the Miami fitness community. “YO BK is about so much more than physical exercise – it’s a home away from home for our students to challenge and get to know themselves better,” said Durand.
In addition to its prime Wynwood location, the studio has also partnered with Novela Social, from the owners of Gotan NYC to provide an all-day cafe for its guests.
The Wynwood location is located at 2319B N Miami Avenue and the YO BK team is so excited to bring its workout party to Miamians and beyond.
