I got into photography by accident.

I always used a simple point and shoot camera.

I bought my first DSLR.

I took this picture of Dena at the corner of Kenmare and Mulberry.

About 2 months later, Avi Abadie calls me and says:

"Dave, we're looking to develop the corner of Kenmare and Mulberry."

Years later, we signed an exclusive to market the retail at 75 Kenmare Street.

We signed leases with Bondi Sushi and The M Jewelers.

We brought a strong amount of offers to the developers for restaurants to fill the large available space.

Ownership asked us to be patient.

We wanted to wait for the right brand.

Patience led us to signing a lease with Undefeated Inc.
