Today is my Birthday!!!

Age is not an object.

Age is an opportunity.

The day after I turned 18 years old, I had a gastric bypass surgery.

I was 410 pounds.

I had the opportunity to hit the reset.

I began a new journey, a new life.

I turn 35 today.

I have 1 more year in this 18-year cycle.

I want to push the hardest for this final 5%.

Life is not about instant gratification.

It's a long game.

Most people looking to get into real estate want quick money.

I want a long term relationship.

A project that takes years to develop.

A foundation built on strength not speed.

I'm beyond grateful to all those that push me to stick with this mindset.
