They can switch brands.
They can switch products.
They can change.
Know the product you're selling.
Know if it's right for the person you're trying to sell it to.
This goes far beyond the bracelet and story I mentioned here.
This goes for every type of business.
This goes for every stage of your career.
Just because you sold the most amount of cars at the dealership you're working at, doesn't make you the best car salesman.
Just because you're the President of a Fortune 500, doesn't mean you're done learning.
Your employee potentially knows your product and your customer better than you.
Listen. Learn. Be in the know.
