A sushi flagship opens in Bryant Park

Founder David Hess and Aiden Carty bring local chain Bondi Sushi’s largest New York location to Bryant Park at 461 Fifth Avenue, near East 41st Street. Having opened on Wednesday, January 7, the new restaurant marks the brand’s most ambitious NYC spot to date, with expanded seating and a bigger kitchen designed for full-service dining. The brand has 12 locations across New York and Miami. This location is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
