Repositioning of a retail CO-OP
masonre partnered with Continental Ventures to remerchandise a prime retail corner on the Upper West Side. Situated
on the northeast corner of West 91st Street and Broadway at the base of a 94-unit residential CO-OP building. The retail sat vacant for over five years. masonre developed a merchandising plan, designed for the locals in the area who were demanding an elevated retail experience.
The retail coop sat vacant for nearly 5 years. masonre successfully leased all of the retail in a short window after being hired to reposition the space.
