masonre partnered with Newrock Partners to merchandise and market this newly developed mixed-use campus on the border of Oakland Park and Fort Lauderdale. Prior to the first shovel breaking ground, masonre designed a marketing campaign, specifically targeting the best local brands, as well as the top national brands. Our thoughtfully designed leasing brochure demonstrates our vision of the community and tells the story of the campus, depicting the flow between the retail, office, and residential.
We secured national fitness brand Pure Barre, NYC restaurant group Bondi Sushi, LA Based spa Pause Studio, Face Foundrie, Hammer and Nails, Carrot Express, Epic Cycles Miami’s own Imperial Moto Café, international craft burger restaurant chain
La Birra Bar, and most recently Don Pietro Gelato.
