Two food and beverage tenants have signed leases at 203 Jay St., a mixed-use property in downtown Brooklyn.
Didi’s Pizza and Wine Bar will occupy a 3,300-square-foot space on the ground floor and is expected to open early next year. This a new concept from Nick Semkiw, who is behind Latin American restaurant Chica & The Don and cocktail bar Las’ Lap.
Bond St. Coffee and Goods will be in an approximately 1,700-square-foot space on the ground floor and is expected to open this November. The café also has a location in Gowanus.
These two spaces span the entire ground floor of the building’s retail space. Both leases are for 10 years.
The landlord, New York City-based property management company AmTrustRE, was represented by Masonre’s David Abrams and Jeff Jacobson.
“With Bond St. Coffee and Goods already a Brooklyn favorite and Didi’s Pizza bringing a concept ideal for everything from quick lunches to after-hours meetups, they’re helping further transform the corner of Jay and Nassau into a true neighborhood destination — offering both our tenants and the wider community fresh, inviting culinary experiences,” said Anne Holker, managing director of leasing and acquisitions at AmTrustRE, in an email.
