Juice bar, apparel and organic products company SunLife Organics will open in Miami’s Wynwood.

SunLife leased 2,000 square feet at Calle Collective, the art and culture hub at 2200 Northwest First Avenue within Fisher Brothers’ Joule House apartment building, according to the landlord’s news release. The tenant is expected to open in the third quarter.

David Abrams, Eliot Goldschmidt and Jeff Jacobson were part of the Masonre team that represented Fisher Brothers and SunLife. The landlord also was represented by Fisher Brothers’ Clark Briffel and Myles Grossman.

Khalil Rafati is the founder and owner of the SunLife health and wellness brand.

New York-based Fisher Brothers, led by the Fisher family, completed the eight-story, 308-unit Joule House this year. Calle Collective has 19 large murals by Miami-based artists.
