National expansion for brand
masonre met the group when it was operating a single location in New York City. Since then, we have worked closely with Bondi as they expanded the brand, completing 10 leases across New York City and 5 additional locations in South Florida.
Our work included identifying target markets, sourcing sites, and negotiating leases as the brand entered new neighborhoods and developments.
The growth of Bondi Sushi reflects our ability to build long-term relationships with operators and support their expansion as they scale into new markets.
